1. Booking Process

1) Please complete the Google Form survey by clicking on the following link:  

  and fill out the information fully, so that Mirai Korea can contact you within a few days.

2) Please make sure to read all the pages of this website (especially the FAQ section inside Useful Note page) as the information on these pages is crucial and doing so will save time for both parties. If you still have questions, feel free to ask Mirai Korea executives. Once you do, you are ready for consulting. 

3) When Mirai Korea contacts you, please provide the following information in the Kakao Talk chat for your future house contract and related documents. Some information is asked twice for a double-check.

4) After that, Mirai Korea will provide the available room options within your expected arrival date range. It is strongly advised to discuss the arrival date with Mirai Korea. The reason for that recommendation is that you will be arriving at the period when other students also arrive from other nations. By this, we will avoid the situation when there is a lack of facilities for the students.

5) Once you purchase a flight ticket on the agreed date, please send the ticket picture to Mirai Korea.

6) Mirai Korea will send you the invoice, account information, and guidance to enable the international transfer. Once you send the payment please wait for the confirmation.

7) You will receive a 'short-term lease agreement for self-quarantine facilities' within 24 hours after payment confirmation. The contract contains instructions on the terms and conditions which include refund policies as well. 

8) Check the contract and sign it. * If printing is difficult, send a message to Mirai Korea saying 'I agree' through the chat. With that, the booking process is complete.

2. Service Price

A fee that covers using a quarantine taxi up to 4 times only for the pre-designated purpose of airport pickup and trips to the PCR testing facility

3. Refund Policy

If you happen to cancel the reservation there are several scenarios:

1) In the best case, you warn us more than 120 hours before your check-in and get a full refund

2) You warn us within 120 hours before your check-in and get the total payment excluding 10% of the rental fee

3) In case you notify us within 30 hours before your check-in, we shall exclude 20% of the rental fee

4) If you cancel or renew the date on your check-in day, we will have to withhold 20% of the rental fee, 100,000 krw for food package and 50,000 for the taxi service.

4. Payment Method

For the transfer it is best to use the application called Wise (former Transferwise) as it has the best rates for transfer and allows to send the exact amount with transparent commission fees. Direct bank transfers are complicated for both parties and often confuse students. If you have no choice other than a bank transfer, please be sure to consider transaction fees as we had some students miscalculating that before.
*When sending through Wise, you must mention your invoice number in the reference section. You can find the invoice number in your invoice document.
